Great looking, cheap mechanics

l will start by saying, I love the look and comfort of this chair. My big concern with it is the levers and pulls that are used for adjusting the various heights and positions, feel and are far too cheap. Very plasticky and hard to adjust. Each adjustment feels like you're going to snap a piece off. Also, the holes to attach the headrest were striped out on one side resulting in me only using one screw. I got this on sale, and the price still feels too steep for what I received. $700 would be the sweet spot.

Pretty good but flawed in a key area…

Great adjustability and quite comfortable, but the headrest won’t stay forward. It can be moved forward but the tension won’t hold it there. Purchased the chair with the headrest being a key selling point unfortunately.

Headset unstable

Headset is unstable so kinda of missing this important feature
