Best for neck pain!
I love this headrest, I have neck pain and forward head posture and this is the perfect shape and adjustable height to rest my head and neck. Not sure why I waited so long to add it!

The support I needed
I bought the ergonomic chair without the rest thinking I didn’t need it but a month in working from home I realized my neck was beginning to bother me so purchased the headrest and it has helped a lot! I love that it has adjustments so it doesn’t matter how short OR tall you are you will get the head rest support.

It works
The headrest does what it is supposed to do, support your head in case you incline the chair backwards. It is comfortable enough.
