The large color instruction booklet was terrific. One small detail left out is about how to change the pressure for the chair to rock. The last page goes into how to manipulate the lever to enable rocking. I would add a sentence to say that, to adjust pressure, rotate the big knob protrusion under the seat to give the desired rocking pressure. Otherwise, a beautiful and comfortable chair.

Still new, but very satisfied.

Easy to assemble, looks great, very comfortable (XL Model). Appears to be made of quality material. Ongoing evaluation on durability/longevity. Thanks.

Regular size chair is small

Purchased this chair for my home office based off of reviews. It was fairly easy to assemble with some maneuvering and looks great. However, the chair is small. I’m under 5’3” (considered petite) and the seat slopes downward cutting off at the thigh area which is not that comfortable. The rise is not very noticeable as well. If you sit for long periods at a time, this may not work.
