Wish I could give 4.5 stars. Overall the chair is great, very comfortable and supportive. The manufacturing was stated as 2-3 weeks, and it came in on the early end at 2. Shipping was overnight. The chair was really well assembled and packed; I was very impressed with that. My only gripes are that the arm rests are fixed. At this price point I think they should be adjustable. Also, the headrest is just OK. It appears well made and was easy to install- but it has no padding or neck support at all. I had to add an afternarket neck pillow to get full support.

Overall, this is a very good chair and a solid purchase. It’s extremely comfortable, and most of the components feel well-built and high quality. The only real downside out of the box was the casters, which felt fairly low-end. That said, swapping in the casters from my previous chair was quick and easy, so it wasn’t a major issue. I did have a problem with the first chair that arrived—one armrest remained loose even after tightening. It appears the armrest bracket is cast aluminum, and there may have been a casting defect. I contacted customer service, and they responded immediately, asked a few questions, and shipped a complete replacement chair without any hassle. When the replacement arrived, the original box had already been discarded, so I reached back out to customer service. They promptly sent me a return box at no charge. The return process itself was simple: print the label, schedule a pickup, and that was it. The chair is made to order, and the quoted lead time was three weeks. It was delivered in three weeks and two days, which is very prompt and essentially right on schedule. Customer support was excellent throughout, and the overall experience was very positive. The chair also looks great—the bronze finish on the aluminum components is especially nice. I would definitely recommend this chair.
