Updated Review: Problems Addressed

The chair looks and feels nice overall. However, there seem to be some quality or shipping issues. I noticed scuff marks in several areas, and part of the body appears to be cracked. I'm not sure whether this damage occurred before or during shipping. Update: Customer support responded quickly and is sending a replacement chair. I appreciate them making it right!

The chair quality is definitely top notch. The instructions are easy with plenty of supportive videos to help if needed! I’d definitely purchase from Crandall again - but I might not have to as this chair will last a loooong time! 😊

Great Chair , Great comfort, with One Issue

Great chair. Definitely improved padding and comfort as a friend of mine has an original chair and the Crandall one is amore comfortable chair. My chair just came with one issue. The recline locks are great except the second to last step in the lock does not engage right so if you have it on that setting it hits it then slips right by it suddenly to the final stop. Would recommend the chair for anyone with back issues. Even as a big guy (6foot 3in) it still is a great height for me and my wife who is much shorter can get a comfortable height as well. Adjustability is great. Just the one issue with the recline stops on mine.
