Comfy but moves easily

The headrest was easy to add and is comfortable but I find it moves up and down and tips back and forth quite easily. I sit pretty tall in this chair so I have the headrest up most of the way and tipped forward. If I rest my head back on it, it will slowly tip backwards or click down in height. Just wish there was a better way to lock it in place once I have it set to where it’s comfiest.

Great Headrest for a Great Chair

It's good, just not for me

I'm about 6'5" tall and have been looking for a chair to suit me without breaking the bank since my last chair broke. I prefer to have a headrest, but have been unable to find one that works for me yet. I still am. This headrest does not raise high enough to even reach the base of my skull, which is where I prefer it supports. It may have been ok if it could tilt forward enough, but it doesn't do that either. I have to slouch down in order to use it, which hurts my back after a little while.
