My chair arrived with a small snag in the fabric. Customer service was very responsive and helpful, they provided instructions to return and shipped a replacement chair. However, the replacement chair also arrived damaged. A plastic knob used to adjust an armrest had broken off. Returning this item is inconvenient, even with the scheduled pickup. The item is very large, heavy and awkward to store, repackage and move. I'm really not looking forward to dealing with the return process.
