Zody Upholstered Office Chair

Horrible quality

Just over a week old and the seat creaks and cracks with each movement.  The lumbar adjust is clearly not designed for this chair, but rather the mesh line. It barely does anything through the upholstery.  The forward tilt only has 2 positions, something close to flat and a fixed forward tilted position.  That is my fault for assuming that when it says forward tilt it would be continuous or at least several positions through a range, like every other office chair with forward tilt.  Very under impressed for this price point.

Decent Chair, Ultimately Returned It

This chair is good, but not great. The back support and flexibility of options for customizing it to your body is great! But I had two main complaints that led me to ultimately choose to return this and search for a better fit. Firstly, I think it's a massive oversight that you cannot lock the armrests. They move at the slightest bump, and I found myself bumping and re-adjusting them all day long. The other negative experience I had was with the upholstered fabric. It was extremely scratchy and was leaving red marks on my skin from the irritation. I probably would've kept the chair if I'd gone with the leather option, but at almost $1K more expensive, it was hard to pull the trigger on that purchase.

This chair is everything I wanted.

It has everything I want in an office chair. It’s built like a tank, it has lots of adjustability, comfortable, and looks very nice. It’s perfect with my stand-up desk. As expected, the seat cushion is firm but it’s softening up. I know from experience a super-soft seat cushion will compress flat over a short time.
