Easy to take

These were easy to take during my recent ultra. My one qualm was that the package was crinkly when I put it in the back of my pack, so maybe a different transport method for while running is best.

I love these Performance Fuel electrolyte capsules! I took them before my long run and could definitely tell a difference. I started the run feeling great and had good energy from the beginning. I also get so sick of constantly taking in sweet or salty things on long runs, so having an electrolyte capsule is SO much easier for me. Definitely adding these to my long-run routine!

Perfect Hydration Partner

Love these little tabs, the 250mg size is perfect for modulating sodium intake during long runs and races. I like to cut up the blister pack into 5 cap strips to more easily fit in my vest pockets.
