This is one of my favorite products that I've ever found on The Feed. It came highly recommended by my SIL who runs marathons and trains very intensely. While I only run 20-25 miles a week, I have found that I'm less sore since starting to incorporate this into my daily routine. I mix it into my yogurt (with creatine) every day. After taking it consistently for a month, I noticed a decline in my joint and hip pain. I wish it was easier to mix into liquids but mixing it into yogurt or oatmeal has been my go-to. Definitely recommend to people who are continuing to workout regularly as they get older.
