Recommended by a friend who does ultras. Pleasing chang of pace during long efforts. Note the the 500 version has 250 mg sodium

Great for cooler days

The taste isn't too bad, easy to use, and they do the job. I use the 1000 when it's warm out, but don't need that much when it's cold so these are great for winter training!
