I like that the egg white noodles don't need to be rinsed off before using, like most konjac noodles do. They are super easy to add to any dish and are a good substitute for regular pasta.

Wonderful pasta substitute! A little expensive, but I'm fine with it as long as we don't eat it every day. Great is soups, with sauces, stir fry, everything! And it's much better on my digestive system than other pasta substitutes because it's pure protein.
