I love this pasta - I eat it at least once a day as it helps to fill me up and doesn't add the calories of regular pasta - It absorbs what ever type of sauce is used and it's delicious!

I really like these noodles. I sautéed some shrimp in olive oil with some red pepper and Pyrex it over the top and finished it off with lemon juice and lemon zest
