Liviva Dried Shirataki Instant Rice, One Box

Only slight chewy texture, but very good.

It's very similar to rice but does have a more chewy texture because of it being from the shirataki mushroom. I think it's works best to add volume to rice while keeping it lower in calories but saving 30% in regular amount of calories in rice.

Good stuff

Since I went super low carb (ketovore), I have missed rice. I grew up with it and ate it almost every day. Cutting it out was hard. This product tastes very close to the real thing. I do the recommended serving (weigh on my kitchen scale) and it is enough and satisfying. I put a plenty of butter on it and it is excellent.
