Low Carb White Cheddar Mac & Cheese

I was a skeptic and now I'm buying this as gifts for all my friends and family, it is soooo good. I've tried many others and nothing compares. You will be so happy to finally have a low carb/low sugar friendly pasta that your doctors and nutritionists approve of. Don't delay and order more than you think you will need!

I was a little nervous about this order, worried about the texture and taste of pasta made with beans. I had NOTHING to worry about. It was so delicious and filling.

Tastes great, got full on half the amount i usually do and wasnt hungry all day. For those complaining about the taste, I think you should adjust your expectations. The noodles taste great and the sauce really hides an miminal texture issues. I added some garlic butter, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, italian seasoning, a dollop of sour cream and shredded cheese and it turned out great. Will buy again once I run out, you cant beat these macros.
