We found the cavatappi pasta more difficult to cook than the ziti and other one I ordered in the past. I think because of how tightly twisted or thick the twists are it wasn't cooking in those places and we had to keep cooking it longer. I wouldn't make that tight of a twist because in order to cook the inside the other parts will be overcooked and falling apart. We liked the radiatori and ziti ones. The macaroni and cheese was pretty good. A little salty but I haven't eaten boxed macaroni and cheese for awhile. We usually make it homemade for holidays as a treat.

Other products have been great! Looking forward to trying this..cavatappi is my favorite shape
