Everything Keto-Friendly Bagels

These are so good. I hoped they were good or st least edible but they are way beyond good. Lots of fiber so I am eating half a bagel every morning with some kind of protein. The chocolate rolls are good but I think my next orfer I would like to try the cinnamon. I highly recommend Royo!

So Happy I Can Enjoy Bagels Again

I love bagels but have been on a low carb diet for some time now and was so happy to discover these. They are delicious, so filling and about the same amount of calories as an egg but more protein, way more fiber and you feel full a lot longer. Even my husband loves them and he is picky!

I am so happy with these bagels! They are low calorie, high protein, so satisfying and really delicious! I've been ordering and re-ordering for a few months now and couldn't be happier. They keep in the refrigerator for a very decent amount of time. I highly recommend these bagels as well as the challah rolls and cinnamon and chocolate buns. All have really been life-changing!
