This thing is so sweet. Dont get me wrong, I love my straight bar but the Swiss bar's neutral grip has helped me keep up with my routine and also lift more weight when my wrist or shoulders are jacked up. Awesome purchase!!! I do wish the sleeves had some type of quick release so they dont hit everything when I hook it up for lat pull downs, but we can't have everything lol.
