Solid multi use platform

I mainly purchased this for doing RDLs and bent over rows in the rack. I can place it on the bottom cross members, place the flip down safeties just above it, and the barbell on the safeties. The barbell is off the floor for loading/unloading weights, and I can go lower on RDLs. I'm sure I will find many more uses for it as well.

Versatile and well-made

My wife and I are really enjoying this and using it for several exercises wanting in particular. I’m really liking is using it for seal Rose. It is very well made and a quality product.
