great shipping time and extremely pleased with the effectiveness of the product, the taste.... went in to first use thinking it would be really good, based on Shaw's comments on YouTube videos, I am seriously disappointed. both my wife and myself have to work ourselves up to drinking it. As I mentioned before, extremely effective preworkout, so we will power through.

This pre-workout is fantastic!! The taste alone makes its worth it, but i have been using it before every workout and I am able to push myself even if I was a bit tired going in. Also, after my workout I dont crash and get sluggish. I can feel it working while I am training without being a distraction and the pump is great!
