This is my first flow rope, so it's hard to compare. With this rope I could rapidly learn some basic moves, overhand 8, underhand 8, dragon roll, matador, and now overhand sneak. The rope seems perfect for learning moves - it's not heavy, so you can practice for hours. My back has definitely benefited from rope flow !!!

I’ve been a fan of the Golden Teacher rope from the get go. The balance is excellent and the weight feels just right, which makes it very smooth and enjoyable to use. The quality is clearly high, it feels durable yet comfortable in hand. Overall, a great rope to work with, whether you’re just starting out or already experienced. Highly recommended!
