So happy I purchased these!
Bought to use with my rebounder and they are a PERFECT addition to my routine without destabilizing me, like traditional dumbells do. I feel like a young girl jumping rope without the strain on my old lady knees. Will be purchasing the next weights when I level up. I was very hesitant because of the price but they are quality, interchangeable, and I have received awesome resources and service. Even my curmudgeonly husband thought they were cool (:

Great workout!
They are so easy to use! I didn't think not having a full rope would make a difference, and it has! I would definitely consider adding them to you everyday exercise routine!
