Office Chair Arm Caps

I purchased 28 Haworth office chairs in October 2024. Immediately the arm caps started cracking. I was able to buy replacement caps from the website. I noticed that the replacement caps were made better that the original ones. On average I buy 3-4 pair every other month. I wait for them to crack then I replace them. I am only about 1/2 way done. Any way I can get a discount on these? They are pretty expensive.

Great product. However this is extremely overpriced for just replacement arm rests.

Quality product with fantastic service

Great service - timely responses to multiple chat inquiries gave me the information I needed to order the correct replacement arm caps (I can't tell you how many vendors I've left messages with on their website and never received a response), so kudos to the service team. The arm caps arrived quickly, were easy to mount on the chair and look great. I feel like I have a new chair! My only recommendation for improvement would be to add an instruction sheet explaining: "Use a T20 size star bit to attach the arm cap to the chair arm using the included screw."
