I love the night stand very much, solid wood that is excellently constructed. I am also very impressed with the packaging for the delivery. Damage is impossible! Although this item did not need assembly, my last purchase, a walnut bed frame, did. It was not hard to assemble, but I did need someone to do it for me. The pieces were too heavy for me to lift and move. The one thing I wish you offered is a “white glove” delivery, where the furniture would be delivered and assembled. I know there is extra costs for that, but I ask if you have considered making this an offer to your customers? All in all, excellent job. Keep up the great work!

Product Wonderful - Service Terrible

This is the second time that we ordered from Thuma - we really love the product and how easy it is to set up. It is very solid and minimalist which we appreciate. However, we have had some problems with the order. First, not everything came on the first day and then when the second day came and we received the remainder of the order, we had been over shipped by 4 underbids, 2 nightstands. I have reached out via email via the concierge and over a week later have still not received any email following up with how I should get the product back to them. This is delaying me finishing moving into my house as this is taking up space in the garage. Hopefully someone will read this and actually respond because the emails to the concierge have not yielded any results. You will be happy with the product, but if there is a problem, good luck as service seems to be nonexistent.

Everything is expensive these days. Online shopping and paying similar prices without knowing the quality, having to do self assembly and dealing with damage in shipping makes it challenging. Thuma pretty much hit it out of the park. They look great and quality is very good. We did not have to assemble anything and the packaging was a serious effort on their part to avoid shippers ability to damage their product.
