Delish!! Just what I need to control my carb intake.

Packaging is fine. Preparation is not to bad, but requires a bit more drying than implied in the instructions. Works best when paired with item having strong flavors. Excellent for contributing volume to meals without adding much in the way of calories or carbohydrates. Result is a little chewier than rice, but makes an admirable substitute.

It is awesome alternative to the rice. My blood sugared level went down.
