Amazing and beautifull
The skillets are beautifull to see and amazing to cook with, the cooking section is super scratch resitant, the bottom part no so much when I move the pan on the cooking flame. I would like a wider handel but my hands are big so no problem for regular hand size. Its an amazing long time invesment, I even droped one to the floor and nothinf happend, not even a scratch. I am saving to get the next set of pans

T. Keller Skillet
Very happy with the skillet - it has performed exactly as I had hoped in testing so far. I really wanted a skillet that had a brushed exterior AND the features that the ProBond Luxe pans have (no handle gaps, hole in the handle to mitigate heating of the handle, and lower handle height), so the Thomas Keller collection was just what I was looking for. One area of frustration I had was not with the skillet but the description of the T. Keller selection products. The T. Keller product descriptions were not as lengthy/detailed as the other collections. Coupled with the fact that the T. Keller collection is cheaper than the ProBond Forged/Luxe collection, I was a bit hesitant since I was worried the T. Keller products would be inferior in some way (maybe cheaper materials or smth?). That might just be my skepticism, but that’s where my mind went when I saw the confusing price difference. But the skillet itself has been great, no complaints and it is beautiful. I am glad that there is an option for people to get the Luxe features without the mirror finish, since I am partial to a brushed exterior for longevity. Thanks!
