Using this air-c leg massager has worked wonders for me. I'm on my feet all day and use the leg massager after my long days. It's almost a deep tissue massage for my legs. Takes the soreness away and relaxes me. Depending on the day I've had willndepend on the intensity. The max setting can be too much so definitely work your way up to that setting especially when it works your thighs. Great investment!
