Celinva™ Orthopedic Cushion

I’m truly disappointed with this product. The picture displayed by Celinva looks bulky and sturdy, but the cushion I received was flat and some what flimsy. I did not feel no lumbar support and my back would start hurting after sitting on the cushion for a while. I tried letting the cushion rest after taking it out the package to see if maybe it needs to decompress from being wrapped in a small air tight plastic package, but it stayed the same size. I really wanted to like this product, but it’s just not a supportive cushion. I tried requesting a refund since Celinva has a “60 day money back guarantee” but Celinva ended up denying my refund request because it does not meet their return policy which is contradicting because it doesn’t state anywhere on their “60 day money back guarantee” that it’s only for defective or recieved wrong product. Kind of misleading in my opinion.

I ordered this pad for my travel wheelchair. It fits nicely in the seat. It definitely gives you plenty of support for your bottom. However, the portion for your back in my opinion is too short. It catches your very low back, causing you to lean forward slightly or or archer your back so that Upper back actually rest against your Wheelchair. My only other complaint is the lead time to receive it nor did I know that it was coming from China.

I purchased it to use in the car, but was disappointed. The cushion is too thick, slides around, and not comfortable in the car. It is not memory form like a quality mattress. The inner material is much lighter than expected. Lumbar support is minimal. Did not help with low back issues. Not worth $55.
