Magnesium Topical Spray

It does not spray. I have to take the top off and pour in my hand. I have not seen any difference in my legs or sleep habits. I still wake up 2 times a night. If sending back was not such a hasslel for ne i would return.

Soothing spray with instant relief so easy to use and has a pleasant very little smell.
