My experience with Apeborn has been nothing short of what feels like a scam. Not only have I never received my order, but I was also charged for a membership associated with a product I never received and therefore never had the opportunity to try. Although the membership charge was eventually refunded, I am still awaiting for the undelivered product. Adding to my frustration is the complete lack of accountability and transparency from both Apeborn and its courier, GoFo. Each company continues to refer me to the other, with neither willing or able to provide a straightforward explanation or meaningful resolution. At this point, the repeated deflection and failure to resolve such a basic issue raise serious concerns about the legitimacy and integrity of this operation. I am extremely dissatisfied and would strongly caution prospective customers against doing business with Apearon until it demonstrates a genuine commitment to transparency, accountability, and basic consumer protection.

I asked to return the product, it was denied saying the product is not elegible for the return. Then received a couple of txt messages saying that they will return partial cost if I decide to keep the product, at the time I said yes, they stop contacting me or refound as discussed. Finally the gift card “included” with the purchase for 75 usd never arrived. I have started a new return product request with no follow-up for the past 10 days.
