It is astonishing how the one time I neglected to read the reviews, I wish I had done so. This product is vastly different from the advertisement. The only similarity between the video and the product is its color. As soon as I sat on it, it flattened. I am a truck driver, and when I saw how it looked in the advertisement, I was convinced it was the right choice. It appeared to be sturdy and comfortable. However, I quickly discovered that this was not the case. It was nothing but artificial intelligence. What is even more surprising is that I initially ordered it from Amazon, and it was unsatisfactory. I then decided to order it directly from the website, but to my surprise, it was identical to the Amazon version. I wasted my money twice.

The product is good. The process of ordering though was very difficult as far as confirmation and shipping tracking. Customer service wasn’t that great and it almost seemed like it wasn’t going to come and it was fraud. I would work on that for the company, please.

After trying the cushion, I found it to be uncomfortable and lacking the support advertised. I removed it from the packaging and sat on it once, and it immediately became apparent that it did not meet my expectations. What has been even more frustrating is discovering that the website's return policy appears to contradict its marketing. The site prominently advertises a "60-Day Money-Back Guarantee," "60-Day Trial," and "Easy Returns," while also instructing customers to use the cushion for 7–14 days to experience its full benefits. However, the return policy states that used cushions are not eligible for return and limits the 60-day guarantee primarily to defective or damaged products. As a consumer, I find these messages confusing and misleading because it is impossible to evaluate the cushion as instructed without first using it, yet using it appears to eliminate the ability to return it.
