Over many years Goose Flat oysters remain our favorite - not just at ROC - but the entire world. Given our propensity to oysters in every shape and form, believe me the number of types, locations, preparations, etc., is no small sample size. This batch in particular were extraordinarily large. Perfect for Rockefeller as the giant oysters shined through the sautéed spinach, Sambuca & breadcrumb topping. Simply marvelous. Thank you so much, Sims & Rob!!!!
