Grain-Free Classic Brownie Mix

This mix is convenient, but because it's too sweet for my taste, I add an extra egg, 3/4 C plain cassava flour, and reduce the oil to 100 grams, a little less than the required amount. I use coconut oil. I like chopped apricot and pecans for the mix-ins.

These are some of the best brownies I’ve ever eaten. They are so delicious, you truly cannot tell that they’re grain-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free!
