Sourdough Buckwheat Tortillas

Delicious and healthy

These are my favorite tortillas. I can't have gluten, seed oils, or soy. Refined carbs also bother me when I have them too often. Pacha has been so helpful with all of my meal prepping to stay healthy. I eat the tortillas with my taco meat. I also use them for Philly cheesesteaks, Asian wraps, buffalo chicken wraps, and breakfast wraps.

Tortillas

They are very tasty. I eat them everyday. I don’t like that the tortillas are stuck together. I need to put unbleached parchment paper between the individual tortillas before I freeze them. They aren’t cold packed when shipped and have arrived very warm on each delivery. I am hoping they will be available at Whole Foods so I don’t have to have them delivered because of the above reason.
