Came very fast, and cheaper than buying it on Amazon. I really love this product and go through quite a bit of it. It’s the only about a week gluten available in my rural area.

I decided to try my hand at seitan and being able to get a nice big bag of vital wheat gluten has made it super easy to tinker with the recipe. Tastes really good, too :)
