It doesn’t look beautiful before it’s toasted x2, but then it is so surprisingly delicious. All flavors are good, and the cinnamon raisin loaf is fantastic. I love that the bread is so healthful, and that the company cares about the environment and is committed to eliminating plastic packaging! The bread was carefully packaged in an insulated box and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you PACHA!

Sprouted Sourdough Buckwheat Bread

I have been gluten free for several years now and the gluten free bread I buy in the stores all has many additives especially yeast which I can't tolerate. I was so happy to find Buckwheat bread which doesn't upset my stomach. It satisfies my hunger for bread that I can use for toast, sandwiches, etc. Thank you so much for developing this delicious bread!
