Organic Coconut Flour

Limited use, limited review

I have only used the coconut flour on a limited basis, so my review is limited. It seemed to work well for the recipes for which I used it, but I can’t say much more about it. The recipes called for a small amount of coconut flour, so what contribution it made was small. The cookie recipe used Almond flour primarily with a quarter as much coconut flour. The texture of my cookie was more like a muffin top, but the flavor (it was heavy on ginger) was great. I will make this recipe again and look for other recipes with coconut flour.

Quality product will buy again. Used it for making date cake.
