So glad I tried it!
This flour is delicious! I found a recipe for bread using teff primarily. SO good! I also use it with brown rice flour to make my gf sourdough starter. Excellent!

Absolutely delicious. So excited when I saw how well my quinoa teff bread came out. So tasty, completely gluten free and nutritious. Going to try making injera next.
