Organic Tiger Nut Flour

I’m happy to discover tiger nut flour. It’s an alternative that is gluten free and what I really like is it sweet so I can cut down on other sweeteners in my recipes.

Tiger nut flour is a healthy alternative to regular flour. I use it regularly. I've used Anthony's flours for several years. Great products and service.

We, my wife and I enjoy tiger nut flour and the nuts. I like the protein and the vitamins, etc. She likes to chew the soaked nuts. It would be nice if they could come in some non-plastic package.
