I wanted malted barley. I didn‘t want added sugar. There were no instructions, recipes and I had no idea of the quantity needed for baking.
I am enjoying the added effect on proofing my rye bread but I have way too much for my needs.

The best by date on the product I received was around 5 months away. This is sooner than I expected. This is very disappointing.

Poor customer service
I left voice messages and sent three emails regarding an incorrect address and never received a response. Very disappointed.
