Organic Cane Sugar

I had not heard of Anthony’s goods until a couple years ago. Since then, I have slowly begun replacing my pantry staples with Anthony’s goods. This review is for the organic cane sugar. To me it tastes the same as regular cane sugar, but I like the fact knowing it is organic. I have also been telling friends and relatives about Anthony’s goods.

Paying a premium for a very clean product; glad to have the option. See Lead Safe Mama for details. This sugar cooks the same as any other organic cane sugar. I also use it to make water kefir and kombucha. The water kefir grains and kombucha pellicle/scoby are thriving, and the results are delicious. Sure, I wish it was less expensive. Prefer to order directly instead of the "world's largest online retailer." It was shipped quickly and carefully.
