Organic Lemon Juice Powder

This is AMAZING!! I added to the dry ingredients for lemon blueberry scones...and what a game changer!! Such a handy item when lemons aren't available!!

This has become a staple item in our home, used in place of fresh lemons for our daily warm water with lemon as well as any other time I need lemon. Way more shelf stable and I am never running out of lemons or having to throw away lemons for going bad.

This stuff is amazing. I combine it with Anthony's beet powder, a little ginger powder, some honey or sugar & have the most refreshing drink!
