I've finally found a gluten-/grain-free alternative that works and tastes great. I've converted several recipes using cassava flour instead of wheat flour, and they have all turned our beautifully! Needing to eat gluten-/grain-free is at times a bother, but Otto's makes it easy to enjoy the things I never thought I'd be able to eat again. Thank you, Otto's!
