I really hate to give a negative review because the reaction I had was more my fault than the supplement. I take actual prescriptions and more than likely the reaction I had to the Magnesium 7 was because of those. I really have problems taking healthy supplements anyway!!! So I really feel that my review would not be a fair one. Thank you for asking and making products that I’m sure help a lot of people. (I love my Cleaned Source Collagens!)

It’s really worth trying in using this product since I have sleep issues. It helps me in having a good night sleep and feel back refresh upon waking up in the morning.
