One and done-Elk Ranch SteaksāWill order Elk/Beef burgers
First, we marinated the elk steaks for over 24 hours in buttermilk. We grilled them outside, on our egg. The buttermilk helped a great deal with reducing the gaminess, and the chewy nature of the Elk steaks. I think we are one and done with the Elk Ranch cut steaks; truly prefer beef.
We did enjoy grilling Elk/Beef 90/10 Cheddar cheese burgers. šš½
