Bison Slow Cooker Special

It was delicious! It looked great wrapped and even better when I prepped it for the slow cooker. Nice overall flavor with great fat distribution. It turned out soft and juicy, it was completely finished, no left overs. I will order this one again. I stayed with a mild spice flavor, I like the flavor of the meat, no need to bury it.

Meat was packaged and shipped perfectly. Made a Mississippi pot roast and it was really good! Gonna smoke the rest of the meat and vacuum seal to consume later! So far it’s been worth the buy
