Great taste, but you have to cook it the right way so that it’s tender . Good with French fries and coleslaw.

Not so great!
Flavor was good, just dry and dense meat I feel due to being the flat portion of the brisket. Would not order again.
I would like to try smoking a point and seeing how that work out.
