Bison Tri Tip Roast

This roast was an excellent choice. It was sized correctly for small family Christmas dinner. I was both flavorful and tender. We took small portion to the big family dinner and the folks there loved it. I would definitely say that this Tri Tip exceeded expectations. Rick
