Was weary at first
So I was weary ordering caviar online, having it shipped, and then it still being good, well, let me tell you, it wasn’t good, it was great. They have a freshness tag inside to ensure it’s at the proper temperature, and it was delivered on one of the hottest days of the year so far, 92°. It was fresh, the taste was amazing, we got the sevruga, and it wasn’t flavorful, and perfect. Will definitely be ordering again

Have tried almost EVERY caviar out there-this one no matter which kind is always perfection!
I love trying to Caviar-have sampled most of the “big name brands” AND even vegan caviar. Without a shadow of a doubt Petrusco delivers. Slight hint of salt, sea and brininess ending with a rich butter flavor. Could consume buckets. And their customer service is one of the best from all the speciality stores I order from.
