Absolutely delicious and the best value!
The Kaluga Hybrid is definitely very buttery in flavor and not very salty at all, while the Ossetra is much less buttery, but much more briny. Personally, I am more of a fan of the Ossetra and all my friends also preferred it as well. Both were a very nice size and had that nice crisp pop. I tasted these along side a few other brands and this was definitly amongst the top favorites and was by far the best value.
